Integrated campaigns

An integrated campaign is not the same artwork posted everywhere. It is one idea expressed properly on each channel, released to a schedule, with the production of the physical pieces sitting inside the plan rather than bolted onto the end.

Organisations running a launch, an anniversary, a seasonal push or a public awareness campaign across several channels at once.

How we work through integrated campaigns

The same idea in each channel's own language

A thirty-second radio spot, a six-metre banner and a social caption have different amounts of room and different amounts of attention. We adapt the message to each rather than shrinking one layout until it fits.

  • Channel-by-channel creative, written for how each one is consumed
  • One visual system so the campaign is recognisable everywhere
  • Copy that keeps the same claim, whatever the format

Production inside the plan

Printing, embroidery, fabrication and installation take time that digital work does not. Production lead times go on the timeline at the start, so a launch date is set by what is possible rather than discovered to be impossible a week before.

One place to see what is happening

Running several suppliers on one campaign is where things quietly slip. We keep one schedule covering artwork, approvals, production and release, so you always know what has gone out and what is waiting on a decision.

  • A single campaign schedule with owners and dates
  • Approval points agreed in advance
  • Consistent files, named and versioned for every supplier

What you receive

  • Channel-by-channel creative built from one campaign idea
  • A production schedule covering print, merchandise and fabrication
  • Supplier briefing documents and artwork packs
  • Approval and release plan
  • Coordination of production and publishing
  • A wrap-up of what ran, where and when

Questions we are often asked

  • Can a campaign work on one channel only?

Often yes, and it is a legitimate choice when the audience is concentrated there. What matters is that the decision is deliberate: a single-channel campaign with a clear message usually outperforms a scattered one.

  • How far ahead should we start?

Far enough that production is not the constraint. Physical work needs time for artwork approval, materials and delivery, so the earlier the concept is settled the more comfortable the schedule. We work out the lead times with you at the planning stage.

  • Do you work with our existing suppliers?

Yes. We can brief and coordinate printers, fabricators, stations, photographers and content creators you already use, and give them correctly prepared files rather than starting again.
